CHAPTER 2 OF THE PROPHET DANIEL NEBUCHADNEZZAR'S DREAM 2630 YEARS AGO

27/04/2026

Nebuchadnezzar II (akad. Nabû-kudurri-uṣur, 642 - 562 BC) was the greatest ruler of the Neo-Babylonian Empire. He began his career as a military officer and came to the throne in 605 BC after the death of his father Nabopolassar. The second year of Nebuchadnezzar's reign is probably 604 BC. After Daniel and his companions had been raised in Nebuchadnezzar's court for three years (probably from 607 BC to 605 BC), God revealed to Nebuchadnezzar what would happen in the near and distant future, at the end of time - the end of days, i.e. the seventh day of creation that has not been concluded and that has still been going on since the creation of the world and humanity. Before that end of days, God reveals the sequence of great empires that will precede the end of time. The colossal statue represents man and humanity and its fallen nature. Man and humanity will move further and further away from God in the future, until the kingdom of God finally comes. The statue also represents all human, earthly kingdoms until the end of time when Christ (the rock-stone that was cut out) will destroy all earthly, ungodly kingdoms. The kingdoms are described with images of increasingly less valuable metals. The stone that was cut out of the mountain without hands represents God's supernatural intervention. The stone strikes the weakest part of the statue, which are the feet of iron and clay, which represents the last, fifth kingdom on earth that will be the weakest, although it will appear to be strong. The first kingdom - the head of gold represents Nebuchadnezzar as the founder of the Neo-Babylonian Empire that lasts about 85 years (625 BC-539 BC). The second kingdom - the chest and arms of silver is the Medo-Persian Kingdom that lasts about 220 years (550 BC-330 BC) whose founder is Cyrus the Great. The third kingdom - the belly and thighs of brass is the Greek kingdom founded by Alexander the Great and lasting for about 300 years (330 BC-27 BC). The fourth kingdom - the legs of iron is the Roman Empire founded by Octavian-Augustus and lasting for about 500 years (27 BC-476), until the fall of the Western Roman Empire. The fifth kingdom - the feet of iron and clay continues after the fall of the Western Roman Empire to the present day and lasts for about 1550 years (476-2030). This fifth kingdom will be divided, which already happened during the Roman Empire when the Roman Emperor Theodosius I the Great divided the empire among his sons, so that the western part was given to Honorius and the eastern to Arcadius. Later, the Church Schism of 1054 between the Eastern and Western Churches occurred. It survived in some way through the Byzantine and Holy Roman Empires to the present day and is now represented as a community of European nations in the European Union. It has the characteristics of the former solidity of the Roman Empire, represented by iron, but also the softness of clay - today's EU, which cannot be held together by iron. The iron mixed with clay represents various European monarchies, which intermarried and intermarried, but nevertheless fought each other, which culminated in World War I, where close relatives fought each other. Although after World War I, mainly Catholic and Orthodox monarchies were overthrown, some of them continue to live to this day, especially Protestant monarchies. These surviving monarchies in today's society seem like insignificant remnants of the past, although in fact they play an important role in various secret societies that rule the world from behind the scenes. The most important British royal family is the Windsors, who trace their origins to the Saxon Wettin dynasty, which appears in sources as early as the 10th century, and whose ethnic origin is German. Some of these monarchical families are members of the Committee of 300, the supreme body that governs world politics, the economy, numerous banks and corporations, and political organizations. This is written about by former US Secret Service officer Dr. John Coleman in his book The Committee of 300 (Hierarchy of Conspirators) and by some other authors such as William Engdahl, Michael Morris and others. And at the end of their reign, their authority and power, God will raise up a kingdom that will never pass away, and that will be the kingdom of Christ, which will last 1,000 years, as announced in the Book of Revelation of St. John the Apostle. (Rev. 20:6). That statue was terrible in the eyes of men, because great empires have oppressed ordinary people-subjects to this day and were godless, contrary to human welfare. The stone that rolled away and struck the statue and filled the whole earth is in fact a supernatural intervention of God by which He will destroy the last ungodly, human kingdom and establish the kingdom of Christ at the end of time that will encompass the whole earth (Rev. 20:4 And I saw thrones - and they sat on them, and judgment was given - and the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and all who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. They lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.) Finally, the request of the prayer Our Father will be fulfilled, that the kingdom of God may come on earth and be as it is in heaven. All the kingdoms of the earth will become like
